South Yarra Apartment

Small spaces reward precision. In this South Yarra apartment, every edge, shadow line and joinery detail is visible, so the preparation and cutting had to be exact.

We used a tonal palette of warm whites to soften the northern light, with a slightly deeper tone on the ceiling to add intimacy. All built-in joinery was sprayed in a hard-wearing satin for a factory-smooth result.

Quiet precision

Working in an occupied building required careful scheduling, lift protection and daily clean-up. The owners returned to an apartment that felt larger, warmer and completely resolved.
